Book one and you get a home for the week (couples get sleek two-bedrooms; families sprawl into five-suite estates with staff quarters), plus a concierge who can pre-stock the fridge with your grocery order, dispatch a private chef for a lobster night, or block a table at Bonito on a Saturday when 'fully booked' means something. What to Try
